King Kong Gym is an exclusive fitness club located in an impeccably converted potato barn in the heart of the Hamptons on Deerfield Road, just south of the railroad crossing in Water Mill. With its soaring thirty-foot-high ceilings, pine wainscoting and exposed beams, the interior looks nothing like a traditional gym. Upon entering, you will notice the bright and airy work out area, featuring top-of-the-line cardio equipment, Cybex treadmills, Arc Trainers, True Striders, Octane cross-trainers and exercise bikes (including Cycle Ops, the indoor training bike favored by pro cyclists). At the rear of the facility, you will find a fully equipped weight room with the latest Cybex VR3 strength machines and free weights. In the adjoining functional training studio you’ll find a range of equipment from kettle bells to medicine and stability balls and resistance bands to diversify and enhance your workout.
